Job Description

Rôle hybride - les candidats doivent actuellement être situés dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal et être en mesure de se rendre et de travailler en personne à l'emplacement du client (un détaillant) dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal sur une base hebdomadaire.

En tant qu'analyste de la livraison aux clients du secteur de la vente au détail, dans un environnement d'équipe, vous aiderez à fournir des renseignements analytiques aux clients détaillants de NielsenIQ en préparant des résumés de données et des analyses spéciales. Vous prendrez également des mesures qui se traduiront directement par une amélioration de la qualité pour nos clients et une meilleure efficacité en interne.

La candidate ou le candidat idéal possèdera :

un diplôme d'études postsecondaires en affaires, marketing, mathématiques, économie ou dans un domaine connexe;

de solides compétences interpersonnelles;

un esprit d'équipe;

une passion pour le service à la clientèle;

Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement en français au Québec et en anglais avec les membres de l’équipe interne et les clients externes situés à l’extérieur du Québec.

la capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu;

la capacité à faire preuve d'une analyse de données perspicace en transformant des informations brutes en idées;

un intérêt marqué pour le travail avec des données et une passion pour la recherche d'informations;

un excellent sens du détail, un esprit logique et une bonne gestion du temps.

Solide esprit commercial, avec la capacité d’influencer et de bâtir de solides relations avec les clients.

Une expérience en marketing, en ventes ou en gestion de catégorie est préférée mais non obligatoire

 

Hybrid role - candidates must currently be located in the greater Montreal area with ability to commute to and work in-person at the Retailer client location in the greater Montreal area on a weekly basis 

As an Analyst, working with a team environment, you will assist in providing analytical insights to NielsenIQ's Retailer clients through the preparation of data summaries and special analyses.  You will also take action which directly results in enhanced quality for our clients and improved efficiency internally.

The ideal candidate will have:

Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or related field

Strong interpersonal skills

Team oriented

Passion for customer service

Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in French within Québec and in English with internal team members and external clients outside Québec.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Able to demonstrate insightful data analysis by turning raw information into insights

Loves to work with data and has a passion for finding insights from it

Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Strong technical skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence and build strong client relationships 

Marketing, sales or category management experience preferred but not required
