Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our dynamic and multicultural operations team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for managing and transforming large datasets into actionable insights, supporting both client deliverables and internal digital initiatives.
You’ll play a vital role in the full data operations lifecycle—from validating, extracting, and processing digital transaction data to resolving data quality issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals interested in building strong foundations in data analysis, digital tools, and process automation within a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Processing & Analysis
- Acquire, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations and decision-making.
- Monitor and validate data completeness, accuracy, and consistency using BI tools and SQL.
- Investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Support ongoing operations and reporting by organizing, maintaining, and updating raw data structures and client databases.
Data Extraction & Tool Usage
- Work with internal tools to configure data extraction models.
- Adapt extraction logic to meet evolving data formats and business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with internal systems, technologies, and process documentation.
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Respond to client and internal queries with accurate and timely feedback.
- Attend daily stand-ups to track progress, report blockers, and align with team priorities.
- Ensure deliverables are met on time and aligned with client expectations and internal KPIs.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify and participate in initiatives to automate repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to process documentation, QA dashboards, and internal tooling enhancements.
- Support strategic projects aimed at improving operational workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate and coordinate with product managers, analysts, and technical teams.
- Take ownership of sub-projects and drive task execution across global teams.
- Maintain clear operational documentation and SOPs.
Requirements:
Must-Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to manage data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multicultural, remote teams.
- Fluent in English (intermediate to upper-intermediate).
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to Python, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, RegEx, or other scripting/markup languages.
- Interest in or experience with e-commerce, digital retail, or transaction-based datasets.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in data, analytics, or tech-related role.
