Customer Success is a modern service team transforming the way we serve our clients with new and updated tools to help our teams get the job done quickly and easily. We are the team that partners clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve.  

We are the key link between Nielsen and our clients - manufacturers from FMCG industry. Our service and delivery are the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and service.  
 

As a Client Business Partner, you will oversee cooperation with top FMCG Clients with the aim of moving it to a strategic level. This is a role designed to build and develop strong partnerships with strategic Clients to drive their satisfaction and inspire them, drive client and NIQ business growth. You can expect the job to be focused up to 30% on delivering strategic insights and 70% on Client consulting and overseeing overall cooperation as you will be a main Client contact. These will involve regular meetings with the clients, leading discussions to understand their needs, presenting them to C-Level stakeholders, showing strategic directions, as well as managing the every-day cooperation and supporting client with difficult topics, including escalations. Internally, the role requires close cooperation with both analytical and sales teams. Although you will not have sales responsibilities, you will have an indirect impact on the sales results via discovering and generating leads. 
 
 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Maintain & enhance existing customer relationships and build strong partnership with the Clients, measured via NPS results 

  • Help Clients make winning decisions with the world-class service experience 

  • Understand Clients and define solution with stakeholders 

  • Know and understand the business needs of your Clients and conduct strategic workshop that generate added value and opportunities 

  • Support of budget attainment, close coordination with Sales team on sales opportunities 

  • Continuously expand knowledge of business topics, markets and NIQ products 

  • Use deep industry, customer and product knowledge to increase client ROI 

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to answer specific Client business questions and deliver value to the Clients via actionable and concrete recommendations 

  • Lead Client meetings and presentations 

  • Manage Clients escalations 

  • Drive adoption of NIQ tools & capabilities

You are empathic, willing to help solve the potential issues and can stand for your recommendation or admit that other’s idea is better. You find potential in percentages. Whether you got your start in Analytics or Sales, you know how to astonish clients and possess maturity needed to consult clients, understand their needs, and sometimes even challenge them. Presenting in front of a bigger audience or C-level stakeholders sounds exciting while internal cooperation and teamwork come naturally to you. 

 

 
Qualifications 

 

  • 2-3 years of experience that combines client-facing and analytical roles (areas such as account management, category management, trade marketing, client consulting or similar) 

  • Experience within the FMCG industry is preferred 

  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with the clients 

  • Client-centric approach and high-level of client service skills 

  • Distinctive industry expertise regarding trends, environment, categories, etc. 

  • Strong presentation skills 

  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills; 

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 

  • Very good written and spoken communication skills in English 

  • Fluent Polish is a must have 

  • Ability to work both independently and as an enthusiastic team player 

  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment
