Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainer to join the Soft Skills team. The Trainer will be responsible for preparing and conducting soft skills training sessions (online and face to face), maintaining training materials, and ensuring compliance with branding and organizational standards. 

This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to support the training process and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Training Materials Preparation: 

  1. Prepare training presentations for classroom sessions 

  1. Prepare e-learning materials 

  1. Training Materials Maintenance: 

  1. Keep content up to date, including branding, content etc. 

  1. Conducting Training Sessions: 

  1. Conduct training sessions timely, with high quality, and defined frequency 

  1. Manage the number of attendees in the group and monitor waitlists 

  1. Maintain sessions availability 

  1. Workday platforms Administration: 

  1. Create new scheduling and register users for classes 

  1. Record attendance completion and manage class agenda and trainer assignments. 

  1. Check user account and statuses 

  1. Manage tickets  

  1. Cooperation with Project Managers: 

  1. Support project deliveries if assigned a role in the project 

  1. Supporting Training Attendees: 

  1. Respond to attendees' messages daily and address questions and doubts precisely 

  1. Providing Constant Improvements: 

  1. Analyse satisfaction survey results quarterly and take actions for improvement 

  1. Submit tech tickets for any issues 

  1. Gaining Knowledge and Skills: 

  1. Continuously improve knowledge and skills necessary to provide courses and tools for training attendees 

  1. Add new topics and increase knowledge level on existing topics within the stream 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Documented experience as the soft skills trainer: minimum 2 years 

  • Common business language knowledge: English, with fluency in speaking and writing (C1 is a minimum) 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

 

Competency Success Profile: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment 

  • Proactive and organized with a keen attention to detail 

  • Well organized and able to work to tight schedules 

  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills 

  • Workday administration experience is a plus
