Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for data delivery, client relationship management and business insights generation for assigned retail clients in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators, help customers succeed with our quality service.

  1. Independently drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests.
  2.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as client trusted business partner. Lead client meetings and insight presentations to strengthen client recognition of NIQ value.
  3. Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.
  4. Ensure the generation of required feedback from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing in order to meet KPI targets.
  5. Guide and mentor junior team members by providing training on business knowledge, data interpretation, tools, and delivery methodologies.
  6. Have good communication skills, communicate with the sales team independently, and support the sales team in terms of data.

Qualifications

  1. BS Required
  2. 2 to 5 years FMCG (marketing / sales) or retail industry experience desired
  3. Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
  4. Experience in customer success, project delivery, or client-facing roles is preferred.
  5. Experience in mentoring junior colleagues is a plus.
