ABOUT THE JOB

NielsenIQ Client Success is a modern service team transforming the way we serve our clients with new and updated tools to help our teams get the job done quickly and easily. We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We are the key link between NielsenIQ and clients. Our service and delivery is the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and service. 

In this role you will execute against specific client support related activities, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations. Focus is to create high levels of client satisfaction by delivering accurate and insightful responses that contribute to client outcomes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with day to day contacts at the client, contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets 
  • Resolve client inquiries related to databases and other key aspects that impact client deliverables and liaise with internal teams as necessary 
  • Provide training to clients on NielsenIQ tools and solutions 
  • Analyze and interpret sales data + One NielsenIQ portfolio data 
  • Deliver final reports and presentations (category overview as well as issue based) building a story and final recommendations 
  • Lead client meetings and presentations over the phone and in person  
  • Independently discusses analysis design to best answer client questions with business partner/client 
  • Continue to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, NielsenIQ services and broader industry 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High level of client service skills,
  • Understanding of growth and brand strategy,
  • Excellent analytical skills, 
  • Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques, 
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,  
  • Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills, 
  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.  

Education & Experience Requirements: 

  • University degree or equivalent experience, 
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills, 
  • Experience in Marketing Research would be a plus.
