As a Full Stack Developer in Delivery Management you would be expected to participate in Scrum ceremonies, drive quality code and participate in deployment and support activities in consultation with stakeholders and product leaders

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate with both internal and external systems.
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake, including schema design, query development, and performance tuning.
• Utilize NoSQL technologies like MongoDB for scalable data handling.
• Implement strong logging, error management, and monitoring solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot production and development issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver dependable resolutions.
• Use GitHub for source control, collaboration, and CI/CD workflows.
• Contribute to enhanced developer productivity with tools like GitHub Copilot.

Additional Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and chatbots using Python (LangChain).
• Build end-to-end GenAI solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
• Integrate LLM-based applications with enterprise systems, REST APIs, and backend services.
• Develop reusable, modular, and scalable components for prompt orchestration, agent workflows, tool integrations, and context management.
• Implement secure and efficient data ingestion, document parsing, and indexing pipelines for vector search.
• Perform prompt engineering, evaluation, fine-tuning, and model selection tailored to business use cases.
• Conduct functional, load, and performance testing of GenAI agents to ensure reliability, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Monitor and optimize LLM usage, cost, model latency, and system performance.

• Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong proficiency in Java 8, Java 17+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in writing unit and integration tests using Java and Spring.
• Practical development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular.
• Solid understanding of SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Strong working knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
• Ability to produce clean, structured, and maintainable code.
• Proven success working in an Agile/SCRUM enterprise environment.
• Experience building AI agents in Python using Azure AI Foundry and knowledge LangChain framework.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and chatbots using Python (LangChain).
• Pytorch and Activation functions like ReLU to stand up custom models capable of harnessing GPUs
• Strong understanding of: LLM architecture, embeddings, vector stores, Prompt engineering and chaining, RAG pipelines and agent frameworks.
