About the job
As a Principal Data Quality Analyst, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing the data quality strategy within our organization. You'll lead efforts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across critical systems, with a direct impact on our ability to measure and improve key business metrics like client health and NPS. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to champion a culture of data quality. You'll work closely with intern al stakeholders across various departments, playing a pivotal role in maintaining data integrity for decision-making and optimal client experiences.
Responsibilities
• Data quality assessment and monitoring: This involves assessing and monitoring data quality, identifying issues, developing validation procedures, and tracking progress.
• Stakeholder collaboration and communication: The role requires collaborating with various departments to understand data needs, communicating issues and solutions, leveraging actions across markets, and engaging with data providers.
• KPIs, client health, and NPS: Responsibilities include tracking and maintaining data quality KPIs for client health, NOVA Cycle Time and NPS, analyzing data for trends, contributing to improvement initiatives, and reporting on improvement.
• Root cause analysis and remediation: This involves leading root cause analysis, collaborating with technical teams for solutions, and overseeing remediation projects.
• Process improvement and documentation: The analyst identifies areas for process improvement, creates and maintains data quality documentation, and participates in cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strong collaboration with Enablement and Operations leaders to ensure that quality and delivery standards are consistently met or surpassed, while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction regarding product content.
•Work with Data operations Quality to manage QEM inventories and RCAs via QEM Admin, including cycle time tracking.
•Prepare monthly and quarterly Ops review materials for Global and Regional Leadership.
• Continuous Learning & Process Improvement
o Learn NIQ’s data production workflows, quality standards, and escalation protocols.
o Identify opportunities to streamline operational tasks and improve turnaround times.
o Identify areas within the client operations remit that can be improved or automated by AI
Qualifications
6-7years' operations experience
In-depth knowledge of operational processes, systems, and SOPs
Excellent communication; can explain technical details clearly to various stakeholders
Strong organizational skills; effective in cross-functional teams
Project management: scope projects accurately, manage expectations, maintain commitments
Process-oriented; skilled at defining and improving workflows for better quality and productivity.
Exposure to quality tools such as FMEA, Six Sigma, and Lean Concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data tools such as Python, Tableau, PowerBI
