Job Description
- Execute medium to high complexity tasks under supervision, with initiative to resolve obstacles and escalate when necessary.
- Develop understanding of:
- Syndication platform and submission process.
- Vendor file/template formats and data requirements.
- Compile and maintain Master List Files for multiple channels:
- Update assigned product statuses in Summary tab and Filled List tab as per SOPs.
- Maintain date-wise submission reports for record-keeping.
- Identify requested product statuses on CMS/Spexlive or run coverage on DWH and update master files accordingly.
- Validate received vendor data and file formats, ensuring mandatory attributes and high-resolution images are present.
- Submit requested products on syndication platforms, including payload manipulation in the Transformation system when required.
- Analyze output submission reports and coordinate segregation of rejected/failed products with the mapping team.
- Assign unpublished products and missing mandatory/media attributes (e.g., Hi-Res images) to the production team for updates.
- Validate segregated files and share with relevant stakeholders (PDG, Production, Software, Customer Success, etc.).
- Fix vendor file data/format issues and resubmit products rejected due to coding or internal input file errors.
- Validate updated mandatory attributes provided by the production team on CMS/Spexlive.
- Create or update attribute JSON code on payload for submission.
- Search and retrieve missing attribute data from manufacturer/merchant pages based on Channel/Etilize attribute mapping.
- Communicate effectively via Jira, email, and inter-departmental correspondence.
Qualifications
- Jira handling
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Basic Coding
- Understanding of Marketplaces Taxonomy & Product Catalog
- Proficiency in MS Office in General and MS Excel in Particular
