Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Manager with strong operational and technical expertise in CIP processes (Global GRFE, SIRVAL, GSRS) within NielsenIQ’s production environment. This role involves managing a team to deliver high-quality, timely production data for US retailers, ensuring accuracy and consistency for client insights. You will collaborate with partners such as Retail Services, Retailers, Data Science, and Output Teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to ensure accurate, on-time data delivery to clients.
- Resolve technical challenges and ensure team adoption of new tool enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
- Provide clear project updates and handle client queries efficiently.
- Define, monitor, and document processes; keep records updated and track exceptions.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using R, Python, or Excel Macros; explore advanced techniques like ML/AI.
- Ensure high-quality data setup for multiple markets and address client concerns.
- Execute input operations and related project work across end-to-end data processing.
- Investigate data issues with local/regional teams and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with Retailers, StatOps, Data Science, and Output Teams to improve data quality.
- Provide technical and process expertise for CIP deployment and assist remote teams.
- Prepare and track KPIs for on-time delivery and data accuracy.
- Operate in a virtual, multicultural environment and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in NielsenIQ proprietary software and Ops processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to train and explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Process-driven mindset with experience in process improvement and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, BBA).
- Master’s degree in related fields is a plus.
- Exposure to SQL/Python, ML/AI, and large datasets.

As an Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate client deliverables, coding, and data validation for retailer and manufacturer categories. You will also act as the point of contact for commercial queries, ensuring efficient and client-focused resolutions.
