Associate Manager – Output RMS Delivery

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Client Services. This role is responsible for leading the operational design and delivery of client solutions, ensuring high-quality performance, and driving continuous improvement in “Right First-Time” delivery standards. The Associate Manager will also oversee a team of Data Processing Analysts and Experts, fostering excellence, accountability, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Solutioning

  • Act as the main point of contact for client database operational queries, ensuring quality monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Operations leaders across the country to manage projects and fulfill client commitments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives such as Quality Walks, Focus Meetings, Root Cause Analysis, and Operational Excellence programs.
  • Partner with the Client Liaison team to design, monitor, and execute quality plans for strategic and high-priority clients.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams regarding potential risks or delays identified by Operations.
  • Work closely with the Enablement team to identify focus areas and uphold delivery standards.
  • Provide accurate workload and timeline estimations, considering upstream requirements.

Team Management

  • Plan and manage resource allocation to optimize operational service delivery while addressing resource challenges.
  • Coach and develop team members, monitor performance, identify high-potential talent, and support underperformers.
  • Promote team engagement and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Serve as the escalation point for the team and regularly review performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 7–10 years of professional experience, including 3–4 years in a supervisory or team leadership role within operations, data management, or compliance-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with US-based stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including collaboration with internal teams (Tech, Data Ops, Client Ops) and external partners.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the North American retail landscape (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance, provide constructive feedback, and build a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and proactive team player.
