Job Description
Role Overview
This strategic leadership role covers two key areas within APAC Customer Success Consulting:
Lead CS Consulting teams in China for T&D, Telecom, Auto and Finance verticals across Brand & Media and Consumer & Behavior Insights (CBI), Quantitative & Qualitative.
Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitable execution.
Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
Define and execute strategy to build a high-performing team.
Optimize resources for timely, high-quality delivery.
Maintain high delivery standards and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth and repeat business.
Represent Customer Success in key client meetings and top-to-top engagements.
Work with global teams to implement best practices for Brand & Media and CBI solutions.
Provide input into product and toolkit roadmap to reflect China clients’ needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and engagement.
Drive cross-training programs to enhance expertise and flexibility.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven leadership in analytics consulting or market research.
Expertise in consumer insight solutions; knowledge of brand health, advertising, shopper, segmentation preferred.
Strong understanding of NIQ products and data is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Key Skills

Experienced in team leadership and talent development.
Collaborative and client-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
High reliability and execution consistency.
Experience in organizational transformation is a plus.
