Job Description

JOIN NIQ AS INSTORE CONSULTANT

The Instore Consultant plays a key role in supporting our retail clients through accurate price surveys and by driving impactful changes with actionable insights. In this position, you will collaborate closely with external clients and internal teams, managing project end-to-end to ensure seamless delivery and maximum value from our services. We’re looking for a service-oriented and structured coordinator to become a key player in our team, responsible for planning and follow-up of price surveys and ensuring projects run smoothly.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being responsible for Nielsen Retailer Price Service (NRPS) in Sweden
  • Act as a central point of coordination within the team, ensuring smooth planning and execution of price surveys
  • Lead projects end-to-end, making sure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Ensure accurate order details, product data, commercial terms, delivery and follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Collaborating with retailer account managers within the retail team
  • Support sales team with quotes and CRM duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Project management skills
  • Advance ability to organize and handle deadlines efficiently
  • Administrative experience, ideally from retail
  • Can demonstrate pro-activity and ownership within the role
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about working with processes and optimizing flows
  • Experience of driving projects from start to completion
  • Takes clear ownership of tasks as well as being a good team player
  • Good numerical confidence, excellent skills in Excel and other MS software
  • Fluent in Swedish. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Education within economics or similar
