Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Content Specialist who will design high-impact digital content — from executive-level PowerPoint presentations and videos to communication campaigns, infographics, and data visual stories.
This role blends creativity, production excellence, and cutting-edge automation. You will use AI-enabled tools and design technologies to accelerate content quality, storytelling precision, and delivery speed. Your work will directly support senior leaders, global initiatives, and the strategic narrative of NIQ as an AI-powered enterprise.

Key responsibilities:
· Executive Storytelling & Content Creation
o Develop visually compelling, high-caliber PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership meetings, global broadcasts, and strategic initiatives in alignment with NIQ branding.
o Craft clear, persuasive narratives that simplify complex concepts and resonate with executive-level audiences.
o Produce digital content across formats including videos, infographics, communications updates, dashboards, and visual reports.
· Digital Design Excellence
o Apply advanced design principles (layout, color, typography, animation) to create polished, brand-aligned deliverables.
o Build and maintain presentation templates, toolkits, visual assets, and storyframes that support consistency across GCO.
o Elevate existing materials through redesign, refinement, and strong visual structuring.
· Multimedia Production
o Edit short-form videos and motion graphics to support leadership communications, training, product updates, and announcements.
o Develop posters, digital flyers, newsletters, and internal campaign materials that drive engagement.
· Insight Visualization & Data Communication
o Translate data, research findings, and operational insights into clean, intuitive visuals and charts.
o Work with analytics and support teams to build story-first visuals that highlight key takeaways and business impact.
· Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
o Partner with global teams, leaders, and subject-matter experts to understand context, audience, and intended impact.
o Incorporate feedback with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standards.
o Support high-visibility deliverables with strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.
· Digital Innovation & Tools
o Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate content creation, enhance storytelling quality, and improve overall efficiency.
o Stay up-to-date on digital design trends, creative tools, and storytelling techniques to keep content modern and engaging.

You embrace emerging tools — especially AI — as multipliers of your creativity and efficiency. You work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively. And above all, you care about crafting beautiful content that makes complex ideas accessible, inspiring, and unforgettable.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in customer support, analytics, presentation design, training design or data visualization.
· Fluent in English.
· Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (animations, master slides, templates) and Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, charts).
· Familiarity with Visualization Tools (e.g: Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) - to interpret data accurately.
· Adobe Creative Cloud applications (incl. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva)
· Video and audio editing applications (Camtasia, Premier Pro, etc.)
· Strong visual storytelling skills to translate abstract ideas, data, and narratives into clean, compelling, and executive-ready presentations.
· Uses an efficient and effective approach to scriptwriting and storyboard development
· High attention to detail and design consistency, with a strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
· Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
· Master’s degree in marketing (or related field), Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
