About the Job
Our Project Managers are responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget. Working within a structured framework, our Project Managers make key decisions that drive project success, providing clear direction and guidance to teams while maintaining accountability. They regularly engage with team members and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements align with user needs, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals.
Beyond task management, our Project Managers act as crucial points of communication, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams. They manage expectations, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and create positive partnerships that support project objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Leadership & autonomy (influence)
Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability
Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy
Influences customers, suppliers and partners
Develops strong relationships at all levels within the business
May have some responsibility for the work of others and for the allocation of resources
Participates in external activities related to own specialism.
Makes decisions which influence the success of projects and team objectives.
Collaborates regularly with team members, users and customers
Engages to ensure that user needs are being met throughout
Prepares training materials for internal PMO and business-wide use

Is a flexible and effective stakeholder manager, working to motivate, negotiate, mediate and direct to ensure positive project outcomes
Creates and maintains positive engagement with project sponsors and customers
Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who share common objectives
Develops close and effective partnerships with specialist team stakeholders
Develops and maintains appropriate project status reporting
Business Knowledge
Has a thorough understanding of industry and specialist PM bodies of knowledge as necessary
Independently works to gain a thorough knowledge of the domain of the organisation
Is able to apply the knowledge effectively in unfamiliar situations and actively maintains own knowledge and contributes to the development of others
Rapidly absorbs new information and applies it effectively
Maintains an awareness of developing practices and their application and takes responsibility for driving own development.
Gathers feedback on PMO processes and generates ideas for process improvement
Defines, implements and communicates beneficial changes to the PMO processes
Required Experience
2-3 Years of Experience in Project Management
Knowledge of Microsoft Project Tool.
