Job Description
- Importing products/catalogs requested by the customer.
- Identifying the leaf level categories of the product in all the industries & domains.
- Association of client data sources using content management system and other related tools.
- Daily normalization of the products for content development team.
- Provide support to production team in their regular product normalization queries.
- Execute medium to high complexity tasks under supervision.
- Monitoring the catalogs’ quality parameters and share feedback with stakeholders when required.
- Communicate with client success team as and when needed.
- Monitoring for product normalization and products import (both bulk and auto) in the system based on rules w.r.t customer taxonomy structure.
- Can begin helping less experienced colleagues.
- Data Analysis through Datawarehouse related to client assortments for data-in operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to complete medium to high complexity assigned tasks on time and with attention to detail.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Specialist knowledge of relevant processes and tools.
- MS Office proficiency (Mid-level knowledge in MS Office in general and MS Excel in particular).
- Atlassian Jira Intermediate Knowledge.
- Problem Solving Skills through Analytical Thinking.
- Bachelor's degree. (Preferrable in Computer Sciences).
- Performance + Tenure (1.8+ Year ETP experience, preferable in Catalog Import & Brand Management Team) OR Similar domain experience from outside of GfK Etilize.
