ABOUT THE JOB

In this demanding and fast-paced environment, we are looking for an Account Executive to join the Tech & Durables Commercial team in Greece. We seek for a business-driven person, able to build and maintain strong client relationships and to identify and market opportunities that lead to growth. For the clients of our industry, the client-centric relationship is imperative to establish and maintain and this can be ensured by an important array of skills and by devoting to further developing them with the rest of the commercial team.

By joining our team and operating with the top manufacturers of Tech & Durable goods in the market, you will make a significant contribution to the support of the high level of client service, to deliver actionable insights to clients, aiming to assist in resolving real-life situations. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maximise of customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalised support and proactive account management. 
  • Create, maintain and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain the high levels of client servicing through the team and collaborating with the customer services.
  • Research market trends, analyse customer needs and identify potential new client relationships and potential white space opportunities resulting to up-selling and portfolio growth.
  • Acquiring and developing familiarity with the available platforms, used both internally and by clients.
  • Familiarise with internal processes leading to Customer success, to maintain and maximise the high levels of client engagement.
  • Support in and join key presentations & workshops adding expertise during project/ contract delivery.
  • Consult with clients about how to leverage the power of Tech & Durable insights to best support their business.
  • Ensure maximum communication with the other internal company departments. Build relationships that will support the growth needed for Tech & Durables insights.
  • Investigate potential areas of growth and new business opportunities in the broad field of Tech & Durables.

REQUIREMENTS

Client/ Industry

  • Familiarise with the client’s organisation.
  • Ability to work with other Tech & Durables product experts to provide truly outstanding client analysis.
  • Ability to highlight client issues and convert to opportunities for the Sales team

Commercial Skills

  • Ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Willingness to develop and maintain high levels of client service.
  • Understand and promote the value of Tech & Durables proposition.
  • CRM (Salesforce) Management.
  • Liaison with other Tech & Durables stakeholders for current and developing opportunities
  • White spot analysis.
  • Develop ales & negotiation skills.
  • Develop storytelling ability and presentation skills.
  • Contract execution – from client signature to internal processes.

Personality & Self values

  • Communication/interaction skills/active listening.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams skills and develop CRM (SalesForce or MS Dynamics) skills.
  • Client-oriented attitude/willingness to grow with the team and the market.
  • Integrity.
  • Warmth/empathy/ability to build sustainable relationships.
