About this job
Our NIQ Customer Success analysts are vital to NielsenIQ’s success. They work every day with our clients in the FMCG world creating and presenting analyses based on the world’s best datasets. Our Customer Success insights team supports clients in all categories across the shop floor including Confectionery, Ambient & Chilled Grocery, Health & Beauty, Household & Pet, and Beverages.
Success in this role depends on seamlessly excelling at external and internal relationships. By combining deep client understanding with strong internal collaboration, you will deliver exceptional client value, drive client adoption of NIQ tools & services, and create long-term partnerships that benefit both clients and NielsenIQ. You will be able to craft compelling insight stories and deliver clear and actionable recommendations, helping our clients grow their business.
You will leverage NielsenIQ’s broad product portfolio by building strong relationships with analytic associates, identifying collaboration opportunities, and delivering provocative thought leadership on market, industry, and category trends to share across our client base.
Responsibilities
Understanding Client Needs:
Build a rigorous knowledge of the client's business priorities, challenges and strategic objectives and the role NIQ can play in supporting these and build a network of effective and meaningful relationships at all levels to position NielsenIQ as a valued strategic partner.
Gain insight into the personal goals and priorities of key client stakeholders and identify how NielsenIQ can help them achieve success, Identify selling opportunities through day-to-day engagements and analysis handing off qualified opportunities to Account Development for pursuit and conversion.
Lead NPS process for clients, reviewing success metrics and client satisfaction to ensure client satisfaction is maximized and serve as the advocate for client needs by acting as the Voice of Costumer ensuring client needs are being met by the appropriate NIQ team, whether this is data quality escalation or reporting need.
Delivering Insight:
Become a category expert; be curious and engage with the client industry, their categories and key market trends and be prepared to challenge client hypotheses and bring a new perspective.
Make recommendations based on rigorous analysis and compelling insight stories, leveraging multiple data sources, sound business understanding and commercial awareness and leverage existing NielsenIQ tools to advance Customer business objectives through strategic thought leadership and flawless execution, positioning NielsenIQ as a trusted partner that drives measurable growth.
Workload Management and Prioritization:
Manage workload effectively prioritising client commitments alongside internal responsibilities.
Apply strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks that deliver the greatest impact for clients and the business and maintain and deliver work log trackers and project plans where applicable.
Requirements
Experience in data analysis (ideally within an FMCG environment).
Exceptional presenter (with proven ability creating and delivering insight-driven presentations) and xxcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and prioritization abilities with a proven track record delivering projects on time and high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.
Problem solving and solutions orientated approach with consultative style of working, fostering collaboration.
Ability to build strong networks and relationships, internally and with clients and solid understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends (preferable).
