Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Lead, manage the planning & execution of major Projects, which includes but not limited to:
- Tech & Durables Initiatives
- Growth Initiatives
- RMS (Retail Measurement Services) Product Enhancement Projects
- Strategic Initiatives as needed
- This Project manager will drive Project execution excellence -- on-time, on-quality delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Leadership & Project teams to develop detailed Project plans. This includes:
- Schedule planning – Define Project tasks and build detailed schedule
- Resource planning – Build plan for incremental FTE and contractors.
- Bring cross functional project team together, organize the activities for smoother execution
- Constantly monitor progress against plan (schedule, resources) using appropriate tools
- Evaluate Project status from schedule and quality perspectives, mitigates risks, resolves and /or escalates issue in a timely manner. Shared responsibility with teams in problem solving.
- Effectively communicate Project progress, risks/problems and solutions to stakeholders.
- Takes ownership & manages Project changes to achieve Project outputs
- Effectively applies Project management methodology, improves project execution standards
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

- Proven experience in project/Project management (E)
- Fluency in English (E)
- 5+ years of work experience (E)
- knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management (E)
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools. (Ex : MS-Project) (E)
- Experience on operational leadership role (P)
- Knowledge of NIQ business and/or products (P)
- Qualification in project management (Ex: PMP) (P)
- Work experience in multi-cultural environments & multi country responsibilities (P)
- Currently working/based in Market (P)
