Job Title:                    Product Development Lead

Department:              Input Transformation – Consumer (CPS)

Location:                    Baroda, MINOC

Job Grade:                 P4 

 

Job Purpose:

 

  • Drive and support business transformation by leveraging in-depth subject matter expertise in respective areas of Operations. This with end-client and End-to-End process in mind;
  • Extension of Transformation in the MINOC to act as SPOC and act as first level support on all BAU SEV1/SEV2 issues;
  • Create the right transparency on NOC needs and health;
  • Strengthen and grow the NOC teams and knowledge and support to make NOCs more self-sufficient;
  • Support on deployment of new features and enhancements to drive Compliance.

 

 

Job Responsibilities 

 

  • Lead/Support growth and regional initiatives in the NOC in close alignment with Transformation and Product teams;
  • Lead/support UAT scenario and testing, liaising with the Transformation SPOC to Tech;
  • Drive Compliance to global standards by leveraging country quality and efficiency metrics (alignment with Process Owners);
  • Actively support BAU execution team knowledge grow by providing training, documentation and by creating other learning opportunities 

Qualifications

  • Significant experience working within Operations;
  • Experience working in a multi-country, multi-lingual operational environment;
  • Experience of working collaboratively across functions;
  • Good level of CIP Factory e2e knowledge, with focus on Input (NCPS DV platform), and different data sources / deliverables, etc;
  • Programming experience SQL and R. Python (is a plus);
  • Data Analysis experience: data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and drive improvement in specific Global processes;
  • Effective problem solving;
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions, departments, geographies and cultures - Team player;
  • Effective communication in English, negotiation and training skills, both verbal and written.
