Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for ensuring inputs are correctly & timely set up to provide the GDA CoE and Collection teams all the required information, instructions, Plan generation.
- Monitor, support, communicate, track and ensure E2E operating process flow for the GDA CoE functional team's stakeholders the required information, instructions, perform, maintainance, generate, follow, report and solve in the BAU and IU issues to help the operation flow properly in the back office/field/factory of a compliance and efficent plans.
- 'Defines/Creates/Mainteins clusters which are the ´logistics´areas that allocates stores and auditors, looking for lower costs with maximum operational efficiency.
- Aligns and coordinates with GDA CoE functional teams and other business units that all inputs and processes are received and executed respectively according to timelines .
- Analyzes the plans to make recommendations for improvement and efficienes as well as can execute plans for forecasting future needs and possible changes.
- Trancks plans for non-compliance to understand causes and when corresponds to adapt adjust plans
- Ensures all the work is completely planned complete in the time requested by the activity business
- Communicates when UI issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and give follow up to them by raising tickets until solution is applied.
- Creates and maintains master catalogs, which are master files that are created and loaded during the set-up and maintained by the user during the production .
- Get Historical data from DVSM (Stat Ops)
- Get IMDB from Reference data
- Ensures the accuracy and correct timing of automatic processes
- Delivers instructions
- Align QCTE for checking AI by their Auditors
- Optimizes work orders configuration in order to minimize the resources needed while improving the quality of work (< errors imputed) and cycle time
- Creates/Maintains work orders which contain the (internal/external) client requirements, and ensures the specifications are correctly captured (the activity, group of products in scope, facts, stores, calendar, frequency of collection, etc)
- Maintains standardization & synergy in the instructions created for the field
- Sets up system for ad hoc requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Total relevant experience: +2 years
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in statistics, math, engineering, business, logistics or marketing)
- Fluent English level (written and oral), Greek proficiency would be a plus
- Dynamic and organized, Proactive
- Attention to detail and excellent concentration ability
- Critical thinking skills, sense of urgency and activities prioritisation experience
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
- Training delivery and Process documentation skills
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus
- Experience in NIQ and/or knowledge of NIQ products, especially CDAR modules knowledge will be a plus.
- NIQ E2E RMS (process & product) knowledge would be a plus
