Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Executive to lead the execution of quantitative and qualitative market research projects in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery—from client briefing to final deliverables—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams including research, operations, data processing, and client service, as well as external vendors. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of market research projects, including planning, setup, fieldwork coordination, and final delivery. 

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. 

  • Coordinate with data collection and data processing teams on survey programming, translations, data quality checks, coding, and final reporting. 

  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery and client satisfaction. 

  • Prepare project documentation such as timelines, status reports, and issue logs. 

  • Ensure all research activities comply with internal quality standards and client expectations. 

  • Support client-facing teams by providing updates on project status, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting strict deadlines. 

  • Maintain accurate project records and support invoice reconciliation and financial tracking. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets to share best practices and drive operational excellence. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in project management within a market research or related industry. 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects at once. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor coordination. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. 

  • Experience with survey tools, data processing, and project tracking systems. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field. 

  • Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with market research methodologies (quantitative and/or qualitative). 

  • Previous experience with multinational research or insights teams. 

  • Understanding of project budgeting, vendor negotiation, and financial oversight.
