Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join one of our key operations teams, delivering consistent and high-quality support services across several Western European markets. This role is essential to ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks, maintaining data integrity, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll work closely with regional leaders, country-based delivery teams, and transformation units to uphold service standards, drive process consistency, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily support tasks following established workflows and timelines.
- Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal expectations.
- Meet performance targets as defined by service agreements and operational metrics.
- Apply standardized procedures across all activities to maintain uniformity and efficiency.
- Identify and report process gaps or recurring issues to the team lead for resolution.
- Serve as a contact for internal teams, vendors, and market representatives.
- Provide timely updates and responses to inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Maintain precise records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure all operations comply with applicable legal, financial, and data protection standards.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing workflows and service quality.
- Support implementation and testing of new systems and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative support, shared services, or back-office operations (experience across multiple countries is a plus).
- Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic setting
