Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and expanding our client portfolio of E-commerce and In-store solutions, including E-comm Market Data, Digital Shelf, Digital Purchase, and In-store Measurement. The role focuses on both maintaining existing client relationships and actively growing our client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead client onboarding for In-store and E-commerce solutions, including contract negotiation, education, presentations, and business case development.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with key client stakeholders (marketing, sales, research, and senior management).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with global and local teams (E-comm, In-store, Sales, Customer Service, Analytics) to share best practices and drive commercial success.
  • Own and deliver on defined commercial goals and performance targets.
  • Provide analytical support by interpreting data and recommending optimizations in sales, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Sales manager, Key Account Manager, Trade marketing or in another similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector. Experience with sales and In-store and E-commerce solutions - particularly from the perspective of FMCG manufacturers or retailers - is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication abilities.
  • Self-driven, reliable, resilient, and quick to adapt.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level) to ensure effective client communication and collaboration with international teams.
  • Solid analytical skills - while analysis is not the core focus, confidence in working with data is essential.
