Job Description
Analyze KPIs, responsible for determining remedial actions and follow up to close gaps, execute statistical process, executing and leading the analysis required in the projects independently, using statistical methodologies and Machine Learning algorithms, adding value to the results in an innovative way and managing expectations with the manager. Create improvements on execution tools(Programs, Templates etc). Execute and analyze the processes of Statistical Operations and associated project work for their country, such as aspects of universe, sample design, quality controls, data queries that entails local inspection, contacts, or language with experience and leadership.
Works in partnership with the country's Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work.
Responsibilities
Manage the processes of Statistical Operations and associated project work for their country
Manages select Operations Analysts and overses their work on the country Operations team.
Analysis on Data Base figures (Review trends, atypical data etc.) Add Commercial Feedback or Client inquires issues to take avoid any misalignment on trend.
Participation in the next meetings Quality Committee, Hot Issues, Projects Local, Rework Committee, Sample Meeting (Panel Management, DA), Intermonth Sample Inspection, Feasibilties
Play a key role in analytical projects from beginning to end; including the development of plans, leading the analysis, summarizing and presenting results with the stakeholders
Use statistical methodologies and global developments to analyze data interacting by themselves with global areas.
Supervision of tasks assigned to the rest of the team (Jr, Regular Statistician)

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Applied Mathematics
Experience in R and / or Python using statistical packages and algorithms
Advanced level of use of Microsoft Office. (Excel advanced)
Strong statistical data analysis ability (Sampling Design Techniques)
Strong statistical data analysis capacity
Experience in Data visualization tools
Ability to interact with multicultural work teams remotely
Interested in continually learning and adopting new technologies/tools
Advanced English Level
