Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join our HR team in the NIQ Sunway office. You will be supporting the team with the following responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintenance of HR records with new hire information, employee records and other HR operational tasks.
  • Assist in processing employment-related documentation through government portals, including tasks such as submitting applications for official stamping and verification.
  • To assist in pre-employment preparations, employee on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • To assist with special HR projects as and when required. 
  • Work cross-functionally to gather data and stay engaged.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or relevant courses
  • Proficient in writing and communicating in English
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Internship for 6 months minimum would be an added advantage
