Job Description
As a Customer Success Junior Executive at NielsenIQ, you will play a key role in understanding client needs, delivering strategic solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and value. You will support commercial efforts, contribute to internal projects, and help drive client success through data-driven insights and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the client’s business and needs to propose strategic solutions using NielsenIQ’s portfolio.
- Execute customer success strategies and monitor performance indicators to identify opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Identify and pursue new prospects beyond regular accounts and support strategic client projects.
- Deliver compelling and value-driven presentations to clients.
- Collaborate in internal, cross-functional projects to generate market insights and contribute to business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial or customer-facing roles within market research, FMCG, or consulting services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Intermediate English level (spoken and written).
