We are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of end-to-end process understanding, analysis, and improvement across our operational ecosystem. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to deep-dive into complex processes, identify gaps, and recommend effective solutions that drive efficiency, standardization, and long-term sustainability. As the E2E Process improvement owner, you will act as the key liaison between operations, technology partners and transformation teams—ensuring operational excellence, alignment with business objectives, and measurable improvement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive process reviews to map, analyze, and optimize the E2E operational workflow.
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and risks, recommending improvements backed by data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of processes with SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
- Drive standardization and harmonization of processes across teams.
- Lead or support automation initiatives to increase operational scalability and reduce manual effort.
- Establish continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and track impact on delivery performance.
- Serve as an escalation point for process-related issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on process performance metrics and improvement outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic process health checks to ensure sustainability of implemented changes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or process improvement roles within a data, analytics, or service-driven organization.
- Strong process mapping and analysis skills; familiarity with process improvement tools and methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
- Proven track record of leading E2E process optimization initiatives with measurable results.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel) and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in automation, digitization, or transformation projects is an advantage.
