Tech Focus: AI/Automation, Data Management, Cloud Platforms
- Drive participation in AI, automation, and quality improvement initiatives such as Quality Walks, Focus Meetings, Root Cause Analysis, and Operational Excellence programs.
- Collaborate with Quality and Enablement teams to improve accuracy and reduce turnaround time; identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce automation.
- Provide guidance to teams on complex issues, ensuring proper checks and solutions are in place before escalating or implementing changes.
- Build strong partnerships with Enablement, Product, and Operations leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes and maintain customer satisfaction on data products and content.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in AI and data management; ensure internal practices and documentation remain current and compliant.
- Promote best practices for process reliability and continuous improvement, including documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
Core
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience
- Ability to lead and actively participate in team and client meetings.
- Skilled at managing priorities and delivering within timelines.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
Preferred Knowledge
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with data management concepts and process automation.
- Understanding of AI-driven solutions and their application in operations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data tools (e.g., Azure, Snowflake).
- Experience in driving operational improvements through technology and innovation.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading change initiatives involving new technologies.
- Awareness of industry best practices for operational excellence and automation.
