- Participate in project alignment meetings and execute the project as per the design.
- Arrange fieldwork briefings to ensure quality and accuracy in the execution of project objectives.
- Maintain project-specific templates to ensure and obtain standardized efficiencies.
- Schedule, manage, and track project updates to ensure accurate timeline compliance.
- Study execution with our offline vendor partners, monitoring field productivity, managing quotas, and study needs while ensuring timing and data quality standards are met in the field.
- Ensure the fielding best practices are implemented in coordination with the BASES standard methodology requirement.
- Proactively discuss with vendors to investigate study-level execution issues and identify solutions to improve the delivery quality.
- Perform basic data quality management to ensure accuracy of data.
- Monitor sample size, Quota, and Panel matching and raise an alarm to the respective team/person in
- Due time and that corrective actions are taken.
- Preparation of status reports and sharing with research and field teams at a defined interval.
- Product management- ensure products are shipped to the field team on time, and post FW product management.
- Act as a coordinator between the Field vendor/PM and other internal stakeholders involved to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Visit fieldwork for observation alone OR with Client and/or RSH.
- Acts as a general troubleshooter when problems arise to ensure resolution.
- Understand and implement all NielsenIQ internal protocols.
- Should be proactive in updating/highlighting senior leadership on progress.
- Willingness to learn and should have a positive attitude towards work.
- Disciplined work ethics with respect to client deadlines.
Qualifications
● Graduate with a minimum of two years’ experience in the Market Research Industry
● Effective communication skills
● Team player
● Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to details
● PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel Knowledge
● Analytical, creative, and has critical thinking skills
● Fluency in English, Hindi
● Plus, point: knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
- Open to travel
