About the role  

Ready to turn insights into impact? We’re seeking a Junior Sales Specialist Associate to drive growth and build client relationships in the market research space!  

Your role would be managing existing and potential partners, ensuring partner satisfaction, contributing to the success of our partners.  

Description 

  • Assist the senior sales team in preparing proposals and managing client renewals. 
  • Develop engaging sales campaign materials to support business growth. 
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. 
  • Identify new business opportunities among manufacturers and retailers for Strategic Analytics and Insights solutions (consumer research, advanced analytics). 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners receive high-quality services in the correct format and timeframe. 
  • Manage business offers and receipts using NIQ software, including preparing invoicing instructions. 
  • Continuously enhance industry knowledge through self-education and participation in training programs to improve service and consulting standards. 

Qualifications  

  • At least 2 years of experience in market research or a sales role or similar (e.g. handling business clients directly)  
  • Solid analytical skills  
  • Able to work with pre-defined targets to achieve/exceed these targets  
  • Able to perform complex tasks that required high level of focus and prioritization  
  • Strong organizational skills  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly excel and ppt) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian   
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team  
  • Outgoing personality and confidence to meet and engage with clients on a regular basis
