RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client consulting
Prepares standard / simple project-related client requests
Has regular correspondence on simple project-related issues with the client
Provides support for managerial line on more complex situations
Attends client meetings and presentations, provides appropriate support materials
Identifies problems & helps manager create solutions
Anticipates questions / issues and proactively retrieve necessary data
Commercial
Aids AD/CS Lead with simple tasks related to scoping for projects (checking databases, target groups etc) and attends client briefing calls when needed
Reports/ Presentations
Accurately prepares topline with manager support
Writes accurate report drafts incorporating standard sections and formats that address specific project issues and objectives
Effectively revises drafts based on edits and comments from manager
Answers client business questions in a clear and concise manner with proper grammar and spelling
Analytical/ Forecasting
Has basic understanding of NIQ forecasting approach (how it differs from competitors) and the Fourt-Woodlock components
Knows how a volume estimate fits into the story line of a project
Project Management
Knows our study processes
Prepares draft questionnaire inputs as needed
Independently uses BASES Tools (Studio, KMA, BOWTIE, DPD Form, Decipher)
Demonstrates ownership of studies and a solution-seeker mindset
Manages project flow effectively, timely & accurately
Collaborates well with Activation, PC, Tab, DC, GTT,...
Meets internal & external deadlines for all deliverables
Thought leadership / Integration
Knows the Core BASES services
Gets familiar with all NIQ assets
Finds information about relevant services
Team/People
Is a good team player
Has good working relationship with other analysts and is able to effectively and respectfully leverage support functions
Offers quality help to colleagues who are in need of support (not only on own team)
Adopts and efficiently executes the process in place (Bowtie/ MS Dynamics, EODs etc)
Qualifications
· University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field a must with a Postgraduate degree or MBA
· Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills with 0-2 yrs of experience
· Very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools
· Very good interpersonal skills
· Strong business acumen and financial knowledge
· Awareness of the clients' needs
