ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic team as an Global Research & Bidding Executive and help shape the future of global marketing research. You’ll work across multiple markets, collaborating with international teams and suppliers to deliver research projects that meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Whether it’s crunching numbers for proposals or coordinating with global partners, this role is your stepping stone into a high-impact career with global exposure!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate international research bids across countries and methodologies

  • Liaise with global teams and vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions

  • Prepare bids, operational plans, and proposals with guidance from senior teams

  • Support project kickoffs and ensure everyone’s aligned on timelines and expectations

  • Manage translation workflows to ensure quality and consistency

  • Learn the ins and outs of research operations and best practices in global project delivery

  • Troubleshoot with international suppliers and keep things running smoothly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (Economics, Marketing, or Sociology studies are a plus)

  • Any internship experience in bidding, project coordination, or research operations is a strong advantage

  • Fluent English speaker – you’ll use it daily!

  • Comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Eager to grow in a fast-paced, global environment

  • A great communicator with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Curious about how international research works and willing to learn from the best
