About the Role
Join NielsenIQ’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team and help shape pricing and promotion strategies for some of the biggest FMCG brands across Eastern Europe. As an Analytics Consultant, you’ll work on high-impact, project-based assignments that turn market data into strategic insights for executive-level decision-makers.
This is a dynamic role focused on analysis and recommendations, not ongoing client servicing. You’ll collaborate with international teams and contribute to the transformation of our RGM services.
What You’ll Do
- Work as part of an international project team supporting FMCG clients in optimising pricing and promotion strategies.
- Conduct pricing and promotional analyses to uncover actionable insights.
- Translate analytical results into clear, business-focused reports and presentations.
- Use NielsenIQ tools and methodologies to answer key business questions and support revenue management decisions.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their challenges and offering expert guidance.
- Coordinate project execution across specialist teams.
What We’re Looking For
- A curious and analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into stories.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit and confidence in working independently when needed.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, trade marketing, consumer insights, or category/key account management.
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a digital-first environment.
