About the Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our supplier clients. You’ll support them with queries, ensure smooth service delivery, and collaborate with our Account Managers to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

What You’ll Do
Respond to client queries via phone, email, or online channels
Develop a solid understanding of NIQ Brandbank services and tools
Support scheduling, workflows, and operational queries
Work closely with Account Managers to keep clients happy and supported
Provide regular reporting to meet customer and business needs
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates (any field!) eager to build a career in customer service & data
Strong communication skills in Polish & English
A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Some customer service experience is a plus (but not a must!)
Availability to work 15:00 – 23:00
