Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive at NIQ Kenya, you will serve as a key strategic partner between NIQ and our clients. You’ll combine data, insights, and tools to help clients make better decisions, faster. You will manage research projects end-to-end, deliver analysis, create strategic client deliverables, and support business growth through impactful client service.

This role is dynamic and client-facing, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of consumer and market data.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Engagement

- Act as the client’s main point of contact, managing multiple queries and projects.

- Attend and lead client meetings and presentations (virtual or in-person).

- Drive client value through effective use of NIQ services and data platforms.

- Partner with senior team members to support strategic accounts.

- Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score), client satisfaction, and retention.

Research & Project Management

- Develop research instruments (questionnaires, discussion guides, etc.).

- Coordinate research projects from planning to execution to reporting.

- Work with internal teams such as the Global Report Center Team to ensure quality delivery.

- Ensure outputs are client-ready, insightful, and aligned to business objectives.

Data Analysis & Insight Delivery

- Compile, clean, analyze, and interpret consumer and sales data.

- Summarize insights in charts, tables, and graphs with minimal supervision.

- Create and refresh cyclical reports, flagging trends and business opportunities.

- Identify inconsistencies or data errors and provide resolutions.

- Deliver insight-driven stories using techniques like SCQA.

Consultative & Strategic Thinking

- Draft reports and presentations (issue-based or category-wide).

- Build compelling narratives, finalize recommendations, and guide client decision-making.

- Provide feedback on internal processes to better serve client needs.

- Support cross-market collaboration when serving regional or multi-country clients.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.

- 1-2 years of experience in Market Research or Client Service roles.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills; confident working with large datasets.

- Excellent communication and data visualization skills.

- Client service mindset with knowledge of brand, category, and growth strategy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

- Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Comfortable in digital-enabled and agile environments.
