This role is part of our customised research team, where we design tailored solutions to help clients solve strategic challenges. We explore consumer behavior, develop segmentations, and uncover decision-making drivers to support brand, product, and marketing strategies.

About the Role
Join a dynamic, insights-driven team that helps some of the most recognized brands in Australia and New Zealand make smarter decisions. As a Research Executive, you’ll be hands-on in delivering high-quality, customized research solutions that shape marketing, product, and business strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Support the end-to-end execution of quantitative research projects, including ad hoc and tracking studies.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day project matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in designing surveys and discussion guides that align with client objectives.
- Conduct data checks, analyze results, and help craft compelling stories from data.
- Create visually engaging charts and presentations that bring insights to life.
- Collaborate with internal teams across the Philippines and ANZ to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to internal initiatives that improve processes and client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bonus: Experience with Q, SPSS, Decipher, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
