About the Role
As a Senior Research Executive, you will support ongoing market research quantitative survey tracking programmes and custom/ad-hoc studies. You will help support future prospects and new business opportunities. This is a high-profile role with the potential for client contact, working within a team to help deliver reporting and build story led presentations to provide consultancy services.
Working with experts in areas such as branding, segmentation and market sizing you will deliver successful and valued brand and consumer insights to a diverse list of clients – both UK and global – covering a wider variety of industries from telecoms, home furnishings, automotive and media. You will report to an Associate Director.
Responsibilities:
- Writing quantitative survey questionnaires and link testing
- Working with colleagues to ensure successful project setup and delivery
- Quick and accurate data checking
- Write commentaries, summaries and charting
- Assist with analysis planning for debriefs and reporting templates
- Attend and contribute to presentations, client meetings and calls
- Develop relationships with clients and become an important contact for them – client communication is an important part of this role
Qualification:
- Relevant market research / survey experience (in a previous agency or client-side)
- Be organised. The ability to plan is necessary as is the ability to adjust plans to achieve changing goals
- Analysis skills: Must enjoy and have experience with ‘digging’ through data sets to find the true story and themes that are worthy of further investigation to deliver insight and recommendations
- Be able to explain complex data in a clear way
- Skills with PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and experience using data analysis packages
