Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our Riyadh office and support our commercial team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in both pre- and post-sales processes, enabling us to effectively manage client accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales, finance, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the team’s growth goals.
- This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-savvy, eager to learn, and passionate about contributing to a high-performing commercial team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the commercial team across sales pipeline management, CRM (MS Dynamics), and financial processes.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Liaise with client stakeholders on documentation and invoice-related matters.
- Develop internal reports to monitor KPIs and track sales performance.

Qualifications
- A university degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (postgraduate preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or sales enablement roles.
- Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a tech-enabled and collaborative environment.
