About the Job 

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Expert to drive quality, governance, strategy, and project management for our digital team in India. This cross-functional role requires a strong background in digital marketing and software development, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with our digital strategy and business goals. 

Responsibilities 

  • Project manage digital projects across all initiatives. 

  • Drive governance across teams for website management, technical development and Microsoft MSD Marketing changes. 

  • Partner with the COE lead to drive innovation and enhance the digital customer journey. 

  • Ensure all projects align with NIQ's digital marketing strategy and business goals, with a customer-first mindset. 

  • Support digital budget management and tracking. 

  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery from the tech team. 

  • Own the overall project plan for the Digital Technology Team. 

  • Act as the point of contact for all stakeholders, including senior leaders and marketing leadership. 

  • Contribute to a consistent digital marketing strategy across all teams. 

  • Prioritize work for the team and ensure valuable business impact. 

  • Make data-driven decisions and monitor digital marketing KPIs closely. 

  • Provide recommendations for digital marketing initiative and technology features based on rends and our success metrics. 

  • Drive state-of-the-art tech for our website, including SEO, technical KPIs, cross-channel experience, and content relevancy. 

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing across disciplines. 

  • Strong focus on digital marketing technology, governance, and project management. 

  • Expert skills with Digital Marketing platforms for website, marketing automation and similar. Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics and WordPress Enterprise.  

  • Proven track record in driving governance and quality in digital projects. 

  • Excellent project management skills. 

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and monitor KPIs. 

  • Strong collaboration skills to work with tech stakeholders and marketing leadership.
