We are seeking a Product Leadership Coordinator—a strategic and skilled professional responsible for enabling the delivery team to achieve its business objectives by effectively managing the product backlog. In close collaboration with delivery leads, this role shares accountability for product delivery, bringing a deep understanding of software product development and the ability to provide meaningful context to the delivery team. 

In this position, you will be expected to strike a thoughtful balance between delivering high-value features to our customers, fostering innovation through idea generation and experimentation, maintaining product and code quality, and ensuring security and technical health. At the same time, you will help create an environment that empowers the team to continuously improve and grow. 

Responsibilities  

  • Drive Alignment and Execution: Define and communicate new initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities or internal system needs. Facilitate planning and review sessions to maintain focus and clarity. 
  • Strategic Translation and Collaboration: Understand the business and platform strategy, translating it into actionable goals and development of new initiatives for NIQ. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including operations team, design, data science, retail vertical and commercial teams—to co-create solutions. 
  • Support Delivery Excellence: Oversee day-to-day delivery, manage escalations, and ensure a prioritized, well-maintained backlog. Work with delivery leads to estimate initiatives and support ongoing projects and product deliverables. 
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Empower team leads to drive delivery improvements, build strong relationships across disciplines, and contribute to strategic decisions such as build vs. buy.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in consulting (data analyses) or market research solutions.
  • Desirable experience in project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Advanced English. 
  • Desirable Spanish.
