Acerca del empleo:

Analizar y mantener las necesidades comerciales para proceder con la generacion de las solicitudes de cliente a la operacion para la ejecucion de los change/new request de los servicios bajo supervisión directa y permanente.
 

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar las actividades programadas de forma diaria
  • Reportar cambios a comercial / operativos on demand
  • Mantener el registro de las actividades realziadas.
  • Operar los procesos en apego a necesidas comerciales/operativas y guidelines establecidos.
  • Seguir los entrenamientos establecidos.
  • Apegarse al modelo de gestión definidos por la operacion

Requisitos

Acerca de ti:

Atención cliente para atender las necesidades del clinte deacuerdo a los guidelines establecidos y dar un servicio de calidad.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura completa : económico administrativos, Ingeniería e informáticos.
  • Inglés Intermedio (speaking)
  • Manejo de Office (Excel intermedio)
  • Capacidad de análisis
  • Actitud de servicio y orientación a clientes
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Apegado a procedimientos
