We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Automation Test Associate to join our QA team. This role will focus on developing and executing automated tests across a range of applications, including SAP, web, Windows, PDF forms, SAC, Ariba, MSD and Microsoft applications. The ideal candidate will have some initial experience in automation testing using testing tools (e.g., UFT, Selenium, Test Complete, TOSCA, Worksoft Certify) and a keen interest in developing skills in SAP and web technologies. You will work collaboratively with experienced functional experts and developers to ensure the quality and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for SAP, web, Windows, PDF forms, SAC, Ariba, MSD and Microsoft applications based on defined test plans.
• Gain practical experience with automation tools like Worksoft Certify to develop test scripts for SAP and web applications.
• Identify and document software defects found during test execution.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing automation scripts.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on testing strategies.
• Follow established testing processes and standards for all application types.
• Proactively learn new automation techniques and tools relevant to the supported domains.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, including some exposure to both SAP and web testing.
• Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., ABAP, Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with basic automation concepts and tools for SAP and web applications.
• Understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in automation across various application types.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to effectively present test plans, results, and findings.
• Active listening skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve software defects.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems and test scenarios.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and determine the root cause of issues.
• Capacity to think critically and develop effective solutions to testing challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new problem-solving techniques.
