Job Description
Role Overview:
In this position, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of global marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation and enhance our brand's reputation. This role ensures efficient campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and detailed project management to support brand objectives and contribute to measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support and Execution:
Implement global B2B brand campaigns across multiple marketing and social channels.
Implement internal brand campaigns across multiple employee-facing communication channels and websites.
Manage the distribution of content and with a variety of global and regional stakeholders.
Support brand governance for teams across the organization, ensuring all elements support our brand promise, standards and guidelines.
Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free campaign execution and brand governance across the organization.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Integrated Marketing Support:
Assist in implementing marketing plans, including content development, research, design, and data analysis.
Provide data for strategy development through research, AI tools and internal resources.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track campaign performance and effectiveness across channels and develop data-driven reports for internal distribution
Support the optimization of campaigns by providing data and insights.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in marketing campaign support, project management, or a related role.
Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with brand development, marketing strategies, and multi-channel campaigns. B2B experience is a plus.
Experience in supporting the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns that span digital and traditional, external and internal channels.
Commitment to Excellence: A dedication to supporting end-to-end excellence, from campaign briefing to final delivery.
A keen interest in understanding our business and product portfolio.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assist in the analysis of campaign performance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to support problem-solving and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively across teams and engage with stakeholders.
