Job Description

Our Expense and vendor Management Manager has to familiarize vendors and vendor details for each country and services in order to manage and control them effectively for seamless delivery from each vendor in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources. Understands country level & vendor level exceptions, timelines, requirements etc. in detail in order to bring standardization in future operations.
Collaborates with T&E payments and advances for both FTE's/ Freelancers and Part-timer field associates in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources. Works E2E T&E payment processing and BO payment services for each of for each country in order to pay them as per aligned schedule every time for seamless delivery payments for each of the countries in the region.
Comprehends country level & T&E level exceptions, timelines, requirements, nuances etc. in detail in order together with local resources to bring standardization in future operations.

Responsibilities

  • New Vendor Accreditation.
  • MSA - Coordinates with local DA Delivery & Procurement / legal team about MSA agreements & timelines of all the vendors.
  • PO Ariba - Learn & familiarize different services (RI/RRES/Panel RES/Panel Riders/TRD/SOS studies) for applicable countries, contract amount, payment due dates, how to create Purchase Order (PO) in Ariba for these BAU services, secure approvals in ARIBA, payment processing process, payment confirmation from vendor.
  • Yearly token - Manage E2E processing of yearly tokens.
  • Data Collection Devices - Manage E2E processing of collection devices in coordination with local delivery & local finance
  • Vendors supplying Temp resources.
  • Telco vendor - Manage E2E processing of BAU Telco payments.
  • POS vendor - Manage E2E processing of BAU POS vendor payments in coordination with local delivery & local finance.
  • Crowdsourcing vendor
  • T&E Advance (FTEs/Freelancers)
  • Other BO Payments

Qualifications

The Expense and vendor Management Manager has a highly effective communication skills matched with good presentation, has the talent on influencing skills, and it's committed with the integrity. 

This person has developed troubleshooting skills including probing and listening, provides solutions and insights. Due to this, it pays attention to details and has an inquiring mind.

Requirements

  • College degree (Preferred Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)
  • 2-3 years of working experience preferably on market research            
  • English proficiency
  • Experience working with data and numbers, as well as collecting and reporting information with an analytical sense.
  • Ability to work under pressure and set timelines
  • Ability to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Results oriented
