Senior Analyst – Line & Price Optimization (LPO)
- Full-time
- Career Site Team: Customer Success
Company Description
We’re in tune with what the world is watching, buying, and everything in between. If you can think of it, we’re measuring it. We sift through the small stuff and piece together big pictures to provide a comprehensive understanding of what’s happening now and what’s coming next for our clients. Today’s data is tomorrow’s marketplace revelation.
Job Description
Are you ready to take your analytical skills to the next level while helping top brands make smarter pricing and product decisions? Join our LPO team as a Senior Analyst and become a key player in shaping business outcomes through advanced data analysis and client consulting.
What You'll Do:
Client Consulting & Communication
Lead client communication on LPO projects; respond to queries professionally and promptly.
Present insights in a clear, compelling way — both written and verbal.
Build and nurture basic client relationships while supporting meetings and calls.
Propose smart solutions to project-specific challenges and help prevent future issues.
Reporting & Storytelling
Independently prepare reports with impactful, consultative storytelling.
Go beyond data — craft conclusions, recommendations, and insights that matter.
Avoid overly technical jargon and focus on clarity and value.
Analytics & Methodology
Become an expert in LPO methodology, simulators, and tools.
Handle in-market data (NIQ and more), develop SKU lists, run calibrations, and interpret results.
Demonstrate critical thinking through adjustments and overrides based on business context.
Project Management
Take ownership of LPO project execution from start to finish.
Ensure all deliverables meet both internal and client deadlines.
Collaborate smoothly across teams (Operations, Activation, Statisticians, ADs).
Thought Leadership & Integration
Begin to advise on broader client business questions, particularly around innovation and pricing.
Combine insights from multiple NIQ data sources for integrated recommendations.
Mentorship & Leadership
Lead by example — support and train junior analysts, and informally mentor where possible.
Actively share knowledge and seek feedback to grow as a team and as an individual.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
3–5 years of relevant experience in market research, analytics, or consulting
