SALES RETAIL TEAMS

NIQ’s Retail Vertical team is focused on growing revenue, finding new business opportunities, obtaining new retail cooperations including the required sales data granularity and quality as per global requirement. 
Retail sales data is NIQ’s growth engine which is instrumental for the company’s success.


Role purpose:

So where do you fit here?

You will drive the overall KSA business such as revenue growth, renewals and cooperation agreements with retailers on your scope; you will secure a sustainable sales pipeline developing new revenue opportunities while maintaining close customer relationships for existing accounts. 
You will lead a team of talented Sales Associates (AD) to support and coach for reaching targets and enhancing their employee experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage and secure the retailers’ cooperation continuity improving the conditions of existing cooperation agreements with current retailer partners at C-suite level in KSA
  • Sourcing for strategic new retailers, enhancing features & inputs from existing ones  
  • Drive sales through NIQ solutions with Advanced Analytics, Consumer Insights, Retail Measurement products and BES tool, Yieldigo, Activate etc. according to Leadership guidelines.
  • Planning and forecasting the overall growth of existing retailers securing sustainable and long-term pipeline, revenue opportunities ensuring accurate forecasting; maintaining C-suite customer relationships
  • Develop a strategic understanding of our retailer’s industry/business/markets/clusters
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to implement the Global Customer Service Model and align with other relevant functions to define strategic initiatives to support the region’s growth
  • Drive strategic action plan to tackle Voice of the Customer feedback
  • Lead and inspire sales teams, enhancing their skills and improving their experience
  • Create strong dependency of retailers on our capabilities on additional revenue/insights through NKAD and NSO etc.

You strengthen our relationship with C-suite customers and unlock opportunities for growth. 
Selling, understanding our customers and their contexts, effective negotiation and growth mindset drive your work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min. 10+, typically 15+ years of related experience of which 7+ leading a team 
  • Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in target scope
  • Solid understanding of data analytics industry, business model, products, services and solutions. 
  • Solid understanding of market trends and its interdependencies impacting customers 
  • Strong ability to expand and adapt according to the market, account, technical needs, language, knowledge of specific systems
