Job Description
The Client Liaison Specialist acts as the liaison between the clients, commercials, and the operational teams. This role advises, suggests, and discusses solutions with internal and external clients in terms of NielsenIQ Products without sales activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Converting the clients’ needs into internal work orders.
- Close cooperation with operations and commercial groups to work more effectively with client inquiries processes and tools available.
- Overall accountability for the timely and accurate resolution of client requests including direct contact with the client (email, online meeting) regarding technical or operational issues
- Building positive relationships e.g., to effectively facilitate meetings, provide support and remove obstacles through networking with stakeholders (operations and commercial groups, clients)
- Contribute to solving elements of regional and global clients’ requests through collaboration with other countries
- Support in deep dive for root cause for quality improvement, including quality meeting participation
- Driving results which lead to significant and sustainable improvements in client satisfaction
- Providing training for the new joiners and other team members if needed
- Being responsible in keeping updated the operational documentation
- Daily work in a virtual and multicultural environment through cooperation with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver against the set objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Operational and/or Client facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Turkish both written and verbal.
- Advanced level knowledge of English both written & verbal.
- Very good end-to-end operational understanding
- Good understanding of the local market of the country
- Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details
- Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions
- Profound combination of operative skills and client orientation
- Customer service abilities
- Capabilities to translate client requirements into technical specification
- Problem solving and Decision-making skills
- Ability to work and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels of organization
- Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together
- Time management skills
- Very good Excel knowledge and computer literate.
