Sales Development Representative

Job Description
Investigar y calificar leads potenciales a través de diversas fuentes, incluyendo bases de datos, redes sociales, y eventos.
Realizar llamadas telefónicas y enviar correos electrónicos para iniciar conversaciones con clientes potenciales y descubrir oportunidades de negocio.
Identificar las necesidades y desafíos de los clientes potenciales, y conectarlos con el equipo de ventas adecuado para seguir adelante con el proceso de venta.
Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de prospección y seguimiento en nuestro sistema CRM.
Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para garantizar una transferencia fluida de leads cualificados y una comprensión clara de los objetivos y prioridades.
Qualifications
Experiencia previa en ventas, preferiblemente en un rol de generación de leads o prospección.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de construir relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales.
Fuerte orientación hacia el logro de objetivos y resultados.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
Conocimiento básico de herramientas de CRM y software de ventas.
Actitud proactiva y capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo dinámico y en constante cambio.
