Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire quantitative project

  • Independently communicate with clients, design questionnaires based on their needs

  • Process data and make analysis and comparison

  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies

  • Prepare inputs and run forecasting models

  • Develop preliminary forecast summaries

  • Analyse in-market data

  • Analyse study results to draft emails, reports, and presentations

  • Participate in research proposal and design

As an Senior CI Client Services Executive, you will help multinational FMCG companies across geographies decide how best to innovate their products and optimise their profit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Economics, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • About 2 years of working experience in marketing research or related field
  • A curious and open mind
  • Interest in marketing (particularly consumer product marketing) and research
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
  • Excellent organisation and time-management, and the ability to multitask
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, sensitivity and care
  • Experience with consumer marketing, statistics, research techniques, and experimental designs (preferred)
